Fried Meat Patties
KAFTA 'QRASS MAQLIEH
Combine one pound of ground lamb with an unbeaten egg white and salt and pepper to taste. Form into patties the size of biscuits. Dip in flour and pan fry in hot fat. Serve with salad and potato chips.
