Stuffed Squash in Cheese Sauce
KOUSA QABLAMA AU GRATIN

. When the squash is cooked, cover with one and a half cups medium white sauce and sprinkle top with toasted bread crumbs and grated cheese. Reheat in the oven until the cheese is melted.
